At Sizeable Shoes, our aim is to make sure all of our customers are completely happy with their purchase and the service we provide. If for any reason, you wish to discuss your exchange or return of your online purchase, please call us on 02 9314 5444 or email us to talk to our friendly staff.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

These terms and conditions comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Sizeable Shoes will only accept items that are unworn and in the original condition and box/packaging within 14 days of your order being received.

We must be notified of all returns prior to the item being sent back to the address listed above. Please note, return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.

Returns will be exchanged/refunded at the company's discretion. Please note if a refund is required there will a $10 handling fee charged to the customer.

Refunds will be credited to the card used for payment within 10 business days (depending on customers bank processing times), after the item has been received.

We only accept items for returns if they were purchased through our website www.sizeableshoes.com.au. 

All sales that are DISCOUNTED by 30% OR MORE and/or CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL. No refund OR exchange will be offered for change of mind for these clearance items (including choosing the wrong size).

Occasionally an item on Sale or Clearance is reduced because of slight imperfections which will not affect performance and functionality. These items are not considered faulty and therefore no refund, exchange or credit will apply.

FAULTY ITEMS
