At Sizeable Shoes, our aim is to make sure all of our customers are completely happy with their purchase and the service we provide. If for any reason, you wish to discuss your exchange or return of your online purchase, please call us on 02 9314 5444 or email us to talk to our friendly staff.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Below you will find our terms and conditions for Returns. These terms and conditions comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Sizeable Shoes will only accept items that have not been worn and are in the original condition and box (unless items are not of acceptable quality, unfit for a disclosed purpose, or does not match the description).

All postal returns must be sent back to the address listed above. You will be refunded after shoes have been received in original condition.

We only accept returns and exchanges for change of mind/incorrect sizing within 14 days of your order being received.

Once we have received your return you will receive an email confirmation and can expect your exchange within 7 working days, if in stock.

We only accept items as returns if they were purchased through www.sizeableshoes.com.au. If you have purchased your shoes from our store please bring the item(s) to the store for further assistance.

Returns will be exchanged/refunded at the company's discretion.

Refunds will be credited to the card used for payment within 10 business days (depending on customers bank processing times), after the item has been received.

All postage/returns for a change of size or a change of mind are at the expense of the customer.

All sales that are discounted by 30% or more and/or Clearance items are final. No refund, exchange or credit note will be offered for change of mind for these clearance items (including choosing the wrong size).

Occasionally an item on Sale or Clearance is reduced because of slight imperfections which will not affect performance and functionality. These items are not considered faulty and therefore no refund, exchange or credit will apply.

ALL FINAL CLEARANCE items & items DISCOUNTED 30% OR MORE sales are final and cannot be returned.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty, unfit for a disclosed purpose or does not match the description, please contact our staff on 02 9314 5444 for further information.
